Penelitian dilaksanakan selama dua bulan terhitung masa persiapan sampai penyusunan laporan akhir, di kelurahan woloan dua kecamatan Tomohon Barat Kota Tomohon. Metode yang digunakan adalah faktor tunggal dalam rancangan Acak Lengkap, yang terdiri dari lima perlakuan : Perlakuan A tanpa PH TGH, Perlakuan B 25% PH TGH, Perlakuan C. 50% PH TGH, Perlakuan D. 75% PH TGH dan Perlakuan E. 100 % PH TGH. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali, sehingga terdapat 15 unit percobaan yang diletakan secara acak di lapangan. Variabel yang diamati adalah prosentasi perkecambahan, laju perkecambahan, panjang radikula tinggi plumula. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan konsentrasi Pupuk Hayati TGH memberikan pengaruh yang nyata pada prosentasi perkecabahan, panjang radikula dan tinggi plumula, tetapi tidak berpengaruh pada laju perkecambahan. Perlakuan konsentrasi Pupuk Hayati TGH 50 % (C) memberikan hasil terbaik. This study aims to determine the effect of using Tiens Golden Harvest (TGH) Biological fertilizer on the germination process of chili plants. The research was carried out for two months from the preparation period to the preparation of the final report, in Woloan sub-district, West Tomohon, Tomohon City. The method used was a single factor in a completely randomized design, which consisted of five treatments: Treatment A without PH TGH, Treatment B 25% PH TGH, Treatment C. 50% PH TGH, Treatment D. 75% PH TGH and Treatment E. 100 % PH TGH. Each treatment was repeated three times, so there were 15 experimental units randomly placed in the field. The variables observed were germination percentage, germination rate, radicle length and plumule height. The results showed that the concentration of TGH Biological Fertilizer had a significant effect on germination percentage, radicle length and plumule height, but had no effect on germination rate. Keberhasil usahatani jagung sangat tergantung dari mutu benih yang beredar kepada kepada petani, oleh karena itu mutu varitas benih yang beredar dimasyarakat perlu diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui mutu varietas benih jagung yang digunakan oleh petani di Kecamatan Touluaan. Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan faktor tunggal dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan benih jagung: A=Varietas Manado Kuning, B= Varietas JH 37 dan C= Varietas Bisi 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutu benih varitas Jagung Bisi 2 adalah yang terbaik dibanding dengan yang lainnya, baik dilihat dari kecepatan berkecambah (rata-rata 3,49 hari), prosentase berkecambah (rata-rata 99,66 %) dan Panjang akar/ plumula (rata-rata 11,96 cm). Corn is the main source of food and non-food in Indonesia. The success of corn farming is very dependent on the quality of the seeds that are circulated to farmers. Therefore, the quality of seed varieties distributed to farmers needs to be investigated. This study aims to determine the quality of corn seed varieties used by farmers in Touluaan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This study used a single factor in a completely randomized design (CRD) with corn seed treatment: A = Manado Kuning variety, B = JH 37 variety and C = Bisi-2 variety. Metode snowball sampling dipakai dalam penelitian ini, karena memungkinkan peneliti untuk menemukan rangkaian saluran pemasaran cabai merah mulai dari petani sampai ke konsumen akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan saluran pemasaran cabe merah keriting di Kakaskasen Raya Kecamatan Tomohon Utara terdapat 2 saluran pemasaran yaitu Saluran Pemasaran Satu Tingkat dan Saluran Pemasaran Dua Tingkat, sedangkan Margin Pemasaran Saluran Satu Tingkat adalah Rp. 5.000,- /kg dan Margin Pemasaran Dua Tingkat adalah Rp. 7.500,-/kg. This study aims to determine the shape of the marketing channel and the marketing margin of curly red chili in each marketing channel. Determination of the sample of marketing institutions is done by using the snowball sampling method. The snowball sampling method is used in this study, because it allows researchers to find a series of red chili marketing channels from farmers to final consumers. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dosis Pupuk Organik Cair Takesa tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi tanaman sawi hijau. Sekalipun dosis Pupuk Organik Cair Takesa 7 ml/l air (perlakuan D) memberikan rata-rata hasil terbaik dengan tinggi tanaman 24,06 cm, lebar daun10,34 cm dan berat basah26,9 gram. Perlu dilakukan penelitian kombinasi Pupuk Organik Cair Takesa dengan pupuk organik lainnya. Abstract Mustard is a type of vegetable that is important for the community. Organic production of mustard greens is important for increasing the level of public health. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of Takesi Green Organic Fertilizer on the growth and production of mustard greens in Tomohon. The study was designed with a completely randomized design (CRD). The results showed that the dose of Takesa Liquid Organic Fertilizer did not significantly affect the production of mustard greens. Even though the dose of Takesa Liquid Organic Fertilizer 7 ml/l water (treatment D) gave the best average yield with a plant height of 24.06 cm, leaf width 10.34 cm and a wet weight of 26.9 grams. Penelitian usahatani bayam organik telah dicoba pada luasan lahan 100 m2. Hasil penelitinan menunjukkan bahwa usahatani bayam organic memberikan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 697.875, dengan nilai return (R) cost (C) ratio sebesar 1,87. Artinya usahatani ini memberikan keuntungan dan layak untuk diusahakan. Koruasandraa.korua@gmail.comThis study aims to determine the quality of rice seeds used by farmers in Tawaang Village. This study uses the test method on sand and the red brick test method. The rice seeds that will be tested are 200 seeds, 100 seeds each for testing using sand media and testing using red brick media. The viability test observed was the simultaneous germination and the percentage of germination, and the vigor test observed was the growth strength measured by shoot height and germination simultaneously. The results of the viability test showed that the seed germination rate was 7.87 days, the percentage of rice seed germination was 64% and the average length of the rice plumule was 3.50 cm. For the vigor test, the results showed that the germination rate of rice seeds planted in red bricks was 7.13, the percentage of germination was 88% and the average length of the plumule was 5.36 cm.
